All fees include bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

In addition, there are the costs for the visitor's tax, which become due with the rental contract.

The preparation of the visitor cards is organized by us. For this we need the following information from you:

• Full name of all tenants, their date of birth and home address
• License plate (parking cost reduction), in case of arrival by car

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

Day of arrival is generally Sunday or by prior arrangement due to staff availability.

1. The contract arises with the transfer of the deposit of 100 €.
2. The remaining payment has to be transferred to our account 4 weeks before departure.
3. Cancellation is possible until 4 weeks before arrival. In case of further renting you will receive the deposit back. Should a cancellation be necessary within the 4 weeks prior to arrival and no tenant can be found for the same period of time, only 20% of the costs can be reimbursed (variable costs).
