Welcome to Ferienhaus Osthörn

Our holiday home, built in 1994 and lovingly furnished, offers space for 4 people on a spacious plot. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the East Frisian North Sea coast. Experience comfort, tranquility, and proximity to the sea.

Price Information

Our daily rates apply to the entire house and already include bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.

Rental Rates House:

  • High Season (Jun 01 - Sep 15): 105.00 € / day
  • Low Season (Sep 16 - May 31): 100.00 € / day

Tourist Tax (per person/day):

  • Adults: 3.20 € / day
  • Children (6-15 years): 1.00 € / day
  • Children (0-5 years): free of charge

Please note that the tourist tax is additional.
We are happy to organize the necessary spa cards for you.

Important Notes:

  • Minimum stay: 7 days
  • Arrival/Departure Day: saturdays

Important Information for Your Stay

To ensure your holiday starts relaxing right from the beginning, we have compiled some useful information regarding arrival, departure, and booking conditions for you here.

Booking Conditions

  • Deposit: After receiving the booking confirmation, we ask for a deposit of €100 to secure your booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining rental amount is due no later than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival. If we can re-rent the house for the cancelled period, we will refund the deposit. For later cancellations without the possibility of re-rental, we unfortunately have to charge 80% of the total rental price (you will receive a 20% refund). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival & Departure

  • Arrival Time: Your holiday home will be available for you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Departure Time: We kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure.
  • Key Handover: You will receive the key for the holiday home from our friendly neighbor on site. We will provide you with the exact contact details in good time after booking.
  • Condition on Departure: Please leave the house in a tidy, swept-clean condition.
  • Laundry on Departure: Please collect the used bed linen and towels and place them in the laundry basket in the utility room.

House Rules & Notes

  • We kindly ask you to treat the holiday home and all its furnishings with care so that subsequent guests can also feel comfortable.
  • Should a mishap occur during your stay or if you notice any damage, please inform our local contact person immediately so that we can take care of it.
